Return Policy

REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and must be in new and unused condition.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To return an item, please email customer service at:

northernwicksandwoods@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to Personalized or custom items that are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
